When The State University of New Jersey, Rutgers University, needed a catalogue for their Byrne Seminars for incoming and transfer students, M studio was able to translate their “Global Citizenry in the Digital Age” theme into comprehensive branding for the catalogue.

The graphic designer who spearheaded the project researched ways in which technology affects people, pop culture, science, humanities, social sciences, and more to gather patterns and symbols for the catalogue. The result is a clean, modern design that matches the drive to learn with patterns taken from computer motherboards and now ubiquitous icons like @ and #.
